Bookings, Payments & Deposits
All orders must be placed at least three in advance.
A mandatory nonrefundable deposit is required to confirm your booking, unless otherwise arranged.
The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or pickup.
We reserve the right to cancel unpaid bookings.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule, you must contact us at least three days before your event.
Late cancellations may result in a partial or no refund, as we begin sourcing and prepping ingredients in advance.
Reschedules are subject to availability.
Allergies & Dietary Requests
Customers are responsible for notifying us of any allergies or dietary needs at the time of booking.
We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment (e.g., nuts, dairy, gluten may be present).
Delivery & Setup
We provide mobile delivery to select areas. Delivery details and times will be confirmed after booking.
Weather & Outdoor Events
For outdoor events, you must plan for appropriate weather protection.
Photos & Social Media
We may photograph your order for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise.
