Bookings, Payments & Deposits

  • All orders must be placed at least three in advance.

  • A mandatory nonrefundable deposit is required to confirm your booking, unless otherwise arranged.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or pickup.

  • We reserve the right to cancel unpaid bookings.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • To cancel or reschedule, you must contact us at least three days before your event.

  • Late cancellations may result in a partial or no refund, as we begin sourcing and prepping ingredients in advance.

  • Reschedules are subject to availability.

Allergies & Dietary Requests

  • Customers are responsible for notifying us of any allergies or dietary needs at the time of booking.

  • We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment (e.g., nuts, dairy, gluten may be present).

Delivery & Setup

  • We provide mobile delivery to select areas. Delivery details and times will be confirmed after booking.

Weather & Outdoor Events

  • For outdoor events, you must plan for appropriate weather protection.​

Photos & Social Media

  • We may photograph your order for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise.

  • If you share photos, please tag us @FleurDeFig — we love to highlight our happy customers!

Liability

  • We are not liable for any injury, illness, or loss resulting from the use or consumption of our products.

  • By booking, you agree to these terms and accept full responsibility for your event setup and guest consumption.
